International Workshop and Conference on Mental Wellbeing-A state of mental Health, its relation with Education and society was organised by Department of Education in collaboration with Psychology Department on 5- 6^th Feb, 2019.Three workshops on different themes were conducted such as:

2.Workshop on Self Discipline by Dr. Shreya

3.Workshop on Mindfulness based Stress reduction techniques by Dr. Hina Chatha
