Brief Proifle:

Dr. R.D Ghatak graduated in agriculture and Master degree in Agronomy from Institute of Agricultural Sciences, B.H.U., Varanasi. He obtained his Ph.D. in Agronomy from BCKV, Nadia, West Bengal with research specialization in weed management. He has qualified ICAR NET conducted by ASRB (ICAR) for Lectureship/Assistant Professorship in the discipline of Agronomy.He worked in the post of Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) in Agronomy at Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Namthang, South Sikkim under the control of FSADD, Govt. of Sikkim for 3 years. He has teaching experience of 2 years.
