Department Labs

Software Lab

Its main focuses on tools and techniques for building reliable,efficient and secure software. To this end, we work on testing and analysis of complex software system.This laboratory is involved in teaching and research in the area of software engineering and information system etc.

Lab Facilities

  • Local Area Network covering the computer software lab.
  • Database Lab have facility of Internet with leased line 300Mbps and online tests
  • Database lab under Microsoft campus licensing for specialized research and general use by the Students.
  • Database Lab is backed up by an Online UPS system and diesel generator for 24 hours uninterrupted supply.
  • Computer Lab is secured with CCTV surveillance system.
  • Software lab is equipped with Projector & PA Systems.

  • Operating Systems: Windows 10 and Ubuntu
  • Softwares: c++ compiler, Java, Python, Microsoft Office 2021 and Microsoft Office 2016
  • All computer systems are connected with domain server

Database Lab

This lab enables the students to practice the concepts learnt in the subject DBMS by developing a database. The Students are expected to practice the designing, developing and querying a database. In database lab we use “MySQL/Oracle” database. This course helps students to find various jobs in the field of database.

IOT lab is a research platform exploring the potential of crowdsourcing and internet of things for multidisciplinary research with more end-user interactions. It gives the power to the crowd to be at the core of the research and innovation process.
