1. Appointment of two guardians is a must for admission in the hostel. In case of an emergency, local guardians will be informed.
2. Unmarried Men (blood relations and cousins) will not be accepted as local guardians and not be allowed to enter the university premises.
3. Only parents and guardians will be allowed to meet their wards from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm on Saturday and 10.30 am to 1.30 pm on Sunday.
4. Parents/guardians must immediately inform the authorities in writing any change in their address or contact number.
